On MacOS your log file can be found in: ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.AltspaceVR/Data/Library/Logs/Microsoft/AltspaceVR/ (The file is named "Player.log")
In VR you can submit your log files directly by going to:
Main Menu > Settings > Support > Send Logs
